What should I do if I don't know the square footage of the apartment?
Accurate measurements of the area of the apartment will be taken by the cleaner before the start of the cleaning - this is a free service for our customers.

We will attach the final cleaning cost calculations to our dialog with you within an hour after measuring the area of the apartment.
When and by what method is payment made?
Payment is made in a comfortable way for you after the work is done.

Possible methods of payment:

- Cash payment: pesos, dollars.
- Cashless payment: USDT (+3.5%)
How to choose the right type of cleaning?
We have four types of cleaning services available:

- general cleaning,
- regular cleaning,
- subscription cleaning (regular cleaning 2, 4 or 8 times a month),
- and post-renovation cleaning.

We recommend a general cleaning before you move into your apartment (or immediately after). Deep cleaning allows you to reach even the most inaccessible places: if necessary, the cleaner moves furniture. Dry vacuuming is applied to upholstered furniture and internal drawers. Handles and switches are disinfected. Washing of mirrors in living areas. Floor washing takes place with an additional stage with the use of hot steam.

In turn, regular cleaning is a great solution to keep your apartment clean.

We also have a subscription cleaning service, with savings of 20% compared to a one-off regular cleaning.
How long will the cleaning take?
Each cleaning is unique - the time is made up of many factors, the main ones are the general degree of dirt in the apartment, furniture, additional services.

Your presence during the cleaning is at your request. We will inform you one hour before the end of the work.

Our priority is the cleanliness of your apartment. If you need to finish cleaning before a certain time, just let us know.
